Dispatch and Delivery:
We take pride in our swift order processing and shipping. Same-day dispatch is available for orders placed within the specified timeframes. Please allow for any public holidays in India or your destination country, which may affect delivery times. All orders ship from our workshop in Jaipur, India.

Address Accuracy:
It is important that customers ensure the accuracy of the shipping address provided during order placement. If you believe you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately. While we do our best to expedite processing, there is only a small window for address corrections.

Undeliverable Orders:
Orders returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect shipping information may be subject to a restocking fee, the details of which will be determined by our team.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
Pedra Gems holds no responsibility for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If the tracking information indicates delivery to your address but you have not received the package, please contact the carrier and, where appropriate, report the issue to your local authorities. Import Duty and Taxes:
Orders shipped outside India may be subject to import duties, customs charges and local taxes. These are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. Pedra Gems has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
