About This Material

Cotton Candy is a dyed composite stone made from Kingman Mine turquoise fragments bonded with copper, not genuine natural turquoise. The pink is dye. Patterns are mirrored across the two pieces, so the pair looks matched.

Ideal For

Earrings, studs and dangles, and matching jewellery sets with bezel or wire wrapped settings.

About This Material

Pink natrolite is sold under both the names natrolite and thomsonite, and is sometimes marketed as pink larimar. It is not true larimar, which is pectolite from the Dominican Republic. Hardness is about 5 to 5.5 on the Mohs scale and the stone can have cleavage, so set it in protective settings and avoid hard knocks.
